Getting started is simple with our step by step instructions and video tutorials for accessing your program and the KFP online community after signing up. 

1 on 1 Onboarding Call

Walk through the onboarding process live with one of our coaches to make sure you know exactly what to do to be successful.

The KFP mobile app allows you to access your program any time of day and from anywhere in the world as long as you have service / WiFi. 

Assessments

Complete the health, movement, and fitness assessments so your coach can create you customized mobility and workout programs that you can start right away.

Live Coaching Calls

Tune into the live coaching calls (both 1 on 1 and team calls) every week to check in with your coach and team members and ask questions in real time.

John has a Kinesiology and Exercise Science degree along with six additional certifications as an ACE personal trainer, a USAW sport performance and Olympic weightlifting coach, an FRC mobility specialist, a KINSTRETCH group mobility instructor, an MBSC functional strength coach, and an MPI mindset behavior specialist.
